Sadly I wont be using this Pizza Hut again.
Ordered a large pan, got there and they told me they were out of pans so they made me a hand tossed instead. I watched my pizza sit at the end if the oven for 1-2 minutes as other pizzas started to pile up at the end of the oven. Got the pizza, got in my car and looked at it, and there was hardly any cheese. I live 5 minutes away, and when I got home it wasn't even hot, it was warm. Disappointed to say the least. I'll stick with Dominos or Papa John's from now on.
Basically threw the pizza in the box without cutting it and it being under cooked.
Ordered a Hawaiian Large Pizza Deep Dish, A Large Half Pepperoni, and Half Sausage Pizza Deep Dish, 2 order of Bread Sticks, 1 2 Liter of Pepsi, 1 2 liter of Dr. Pepper, 3 Garlic Sauces, and 2 Cheese Sauce.
What they got wrong, Large Half Pepperoni, Half Sausage. Looks like Card Board, instead of the 2 Liter of Dr. Pepper, we got 4 Mist Twists, claim they ran out of Dr. Pepper, maybe try calling us back and asking what we would like instead of picking for us.
If u want a pizza that is worse than little ceaser eat here yuk
I highly recommend not ordering from this store. The last several times I have ordered here at this store online for delivery it has been extremely late and the pizza was cold every stinking time. This last time I called and was supposed to get the same order credited to order again at a later time, called in to redeem my credit and they had no record of what credit was supposed to be there. Until this problem is fixed at the Osceola Indiana store, this review will stay here!
