Absolutely terrible. DO NOT trust their quoted wait times. Each time I've ordered, they've baited me with a 50 minute wait time. Once order is placed, the confirmation email says 60-90 minutes. Actual delivery time runs closer to 90-120 minutes. Trust me, they are rarely on time and almost always late. Extremely late. Their operators/customer service people will just try to explain and excuse away their lack of punctuality. You are far better off to use other similar services or just pick up your order directly from the restaurant.
My food was delivered early and was quite delicious..The person taking my order was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would certainly do that again.
This place is amazing. They are rarely late. What people don't understand is the driver can only deliver as fast as the restaurants give them their food. I've used them many times, they are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable all the way around. I highly recommend the service to everybody.
