I put my faith in this organization based on popular reviews. It was said they have a heart for children and families. My finding was that they have a heart for financials and funding. Despite outstanding information to support the needs of children in the case, they focused on spending the funds in the account before protecting the children in the case. Sad. Another typical attorney. All about money.
I retained this firm for a modification of custody case. At my initial consultation, I expressed the urgency of the situation, as my children were living in an undesirable situation. I was a client from October 2016 until March 2017. In those 5 months, I was charged $3,900 in fees. We never once stepped foot in a court room. Nor was there any resolution established outside of court. Ultimately, I had to change firms. Within 30 days of changing firms, a permanent resolution was in progress. Once I saw how quickly my case was resolved once I had an attorney that was invested in my case, I contacted Christine, and requested a partial refund. This was more than 30 days ago, and I have yet to receive a refund. Terrible experience. Do not trust this firm with anything urgent or important!
