Rhey are a great funeral home but the matenence/lawn crew keep removeing my personal shepards hook and now that ir was removed once again they threw it away.our family is nor happy cause we put decorations on it. We have seen serious damage to headstones.i don't care how old the headstones are they all should be treated wirh respect.if any problems arise call julie she will try to fix them.
I personally witnessed him call a hospital in regards to my Mom's death certificate and yell at the poor girl on the phone over something that was out of her control. He didn't have the right number or the correct information for the physician this was supposed to go to and took all of his frustrations out on her. He is 100% unprofessional and I cannot believe that he still has a job.... If he treats people who are still alive this badly, can you imagine how he treats your family members who have passed away and cannot stand up for themselves?
I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to go for your funeral needs. Dick's name fits him well. He is rude beyond measures and will treat your family with zero respect as it is all about money for him. I feel bad for the people who have used this funeral home in the past because you definitely did not get the services and treatment you deserved.
