Poor craftsmanship. Look, I like that it's a family owned business, but the techs don't know what they are doing. First, I had ARP head studs installed and they torn the valve cover gasket enough to where oil was leaking down the manifold and causing a smell. The pic below is what happened when I had a flat tire repaired there. I'm guessing the tire repair guy put too much torque on the nuts with an impact wrench.

Was told by Trent the owner that he would sandblast the frame and spray it to protect it from rusting. Was told it would only take a week to complete and they have had it for 3 full weeks and haven't updated me on anything at all. I try to call and never get a chance to talk to anyone that knows anything about it. Horrible customer service. Don't recommend sending any more of my vechiles here.
UPDATE: 2 weeks at the auto body shop and $3,592 later, I got my truck back. Investigation reviled the lug nuts were installed an excess of 300 ft/lbs. This was the only shop that touched that tire, when they took it off and inspected a nail puncture two months before it fell off.
Paid these guys stupid money to build my Jeep and they delivered me a POS. Spent another $3k at another real shop to fix the shotty weld jobs. Wrong weight springs and a ram steering system that wouldn't turn a 10 inch tire. Lots of other half assed work also. I like the guys but they gave me subpar work.
